If you've ever indulged yourself in the phenomenon that is Catfish , the MTV show about people who pretend to be someone else for the sake of seducing or befriending innocent victims, you'll know that their motivations can range from the gamut. Sometimes the logic behind these predators' behaviors tends to be delusional at best. This was best exemplified in a recent episode, where host Max Joseph confronted one of the catfishers — and completely slam-dunked his warped rationale in the process. They figured that it was anyone but Marcus, even suggesting it was his mother. They had no faith. But as it turned out, Marcus was just a little shy, because he was totally the guy from the pictures! So what's the update on this seemingly happy ending for Daisy and Marcus? Marcus' shadiness was because he wasn't ready to leave his comfort zone. He wasn't comfortable talking on the phone with Daisy or with the gifts that she was sending him. Overall, Marcus was just uncomfortable.
